Recent pandemic challenges have highlighted digitization and seamless digital business as fundamental goals for every organization, regardless of industry. The newly created situation has contributed to a change in the mindset of organizations, and the models of team management have also changed. Today’s leadership skills include working with multiple teams in different locations, which then implies completely different challenges for team leaders.

I have already undergone leadership training in my career, but I decided on Algebra’s Leadership Mini MBA because it is the first program of its kind that also includes the challenges of remote team management. For me personally, that part was somehow missing in all the programs I went through so far. In addition, I would like to emphasize the importance of quality lecturers, exceptional experts gathered by this program. Their cooperation ensured a very good course for the program, with a logical upgrade of knowledge, from module to module.

What particularly impressed me was the selfless and open sharing of experiences within the group, regardless of the fact that we came from different companies and industries. Together we created a very pleasant working atmosphere and completed the theoretical part with practical experiences. I believe that for each of us it was an additional value of this program, maybe even the most valuable thing that we took with us.

Algebrin’s Mini MBA Leadership 4.0 helps participants hone their leadership skills by taking into account the numerous challenges of our digital everyday life in which we all, in one way or another, are faced with leading remote teams. Leaders today are forced to use various tools and techniques that we didn’t need a few years ago, and the Mini MBA Leadership 4.0 program provides the foundations for this type of leadership of teams and organizations.

That is why I would recommend Algebrin Mini MBA Leadership 4.0 primarily to those who are in leadership roles, want to enrich their knowledge and skills, but are unable to allocate time and resources for a classic MBA study. For me, this was a wonderful experience that definitely enriched my knowledge, and I am also grateful to the Maistra Hospitality Group, which made it possible for me because it constantly invests in the knowledge and skills of its employees.
