Since 2005, he has been a consultant and lecturer and shares his knowledge with managers, mostly at high organizational levels and above, from the most important companies in Croatia, but also in the countries of the region and Europe (Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland).

He spends much of his current work as a personal trainer and coach of many Boards, Board members and Senior Managers in the areas of leadership, teamwork and people management. He also performs part of his work as a consultant in the field of introduction and improvement of processes and tools related to people management and human value in companies.

For many years, Ivica Vrančić was also a lecturer at Cotrugli Business School on the Executive MBA and MBA programs in the field of Leadership and Human Resources.

He completed a postgraduate program in Human Resources Management at the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in London, the most prestigious HR institution in Europe, and holds the Chartered FCIPD title. He also holds the Certificate in Management Consulting Essential, after the completed program at the Chartered Management Institute in London, and the Emotional Intelligence Coaching Certificate, as a certificate of completion of the program created and mentored by Daniel Goleman.

In addition to numerous educations in all areas of Human Resources within the Coca-Cola, BAT and DHL systems, he was additionally educated at business-educational institutions in Europe (Institute of Personnel and Development London, School of Business and Institute of Organization Copenhagen Business School, Management Center Europe Brussels) in the following areas: training and development, team building, personnel selection, organizational culture, executive coaching, leadership, change management.

He graduated in psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb.
