He holds a Masters of Science in Finance (MSc-F) from Indiana University, with emphasis on valuation, corporate finance, investments, risk management and international finance. He also holds Bachelors of Science (BS) with concentration in Finance, minor in Psychology. From the Faculty of Economics at University of Ljubljana, Slovenia, he has acquired a Certificate of International study in East Europe.

Joe has more than 25 years of corporate finance experience. He has served as finance manager, finance director, operations finance controller and head of finance in high-tech industry positions with Intel Corporation and Texas Instruments across the United States, southeast Asia and China.

In community, Joe is Co-Founder and prior Chairperson of the China Finance Institute, a cohort based best practices finance development consortia comprised of peer Fortune 50 CFO’s across China, established in 2007. He is also an associate and Resources and Budgets Committee member, Nominated Parent Representative, of the International School of Beijing. Besides his mother tongue English, Joe speaks basic level Japanese, Spanish, and Chinese Mandarin.
