Over twenty-five years in strategic planning, organizational transformation, portfolio and program management, business solution design, methodology development and implementation, knowledge management, global ERP implementation, and executive facilitation, plus over four years of lecturing experience at the undergraduate and graduate levels in Operations, Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Organizational Change Management.

Throughout his career he worked on different projects designed for a new business transformation / ERP programs, integrating the technology solutions, OCM approach, and business functional change requirements across customer service, eCommerce, finance, and manufacturing areas. He also assisted in development of an improved annual and multi-year enterprise strategic planning processes. Developed and implemented IT transformation plans to achieve a service-oriented IT delivery model built around business capabilities supported by a digital hub.

Passionate lecturer with talent to engage students and stakeholders in essential concepts and help put them to practical use. Certifications include Professional Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Product Owner, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and IBM Certified Consultant among others.
